(Kayak, beach bikes, fishing rods, and crab pots included in the guest storage).  The bulk headed dock and pier provides a safe harbor for your watercraft in the canal that is just a quick paddle or ride to the Pamlico Sound. Waterman can explore the incredible sound or make a 20 min boat run to Hatteras inlet and access the bounty of fishing in the blue waters of Gulf Steam.  If you don’t have a boat, no worries just throw your line or crab pot right off the pier!

Enjoy splendid mornings and spectacular sunset views of the sound and canal from the deck or sit back with a good book while listening to the gentle sounds of water rippling and shore birds.  You can relax and enjoy refreshments, great meals and conversations in the covered screened in porch, or come inside and keep happy hour flowing at the spacious dining area with tremendous sound views. For those 4x4 ORV beach goers, Hatteras Island has miles of open pristine beaches accessible through many ramp accesses, no permits required!   Cape S Cape is located in the Frisco village half-way between Cape Point ORV ramps where notorious spring and fall surf fishing culminates and Hatteras Inlet ORV ramps which provide both ocean and sound front access. The closest ORV ramp to Cape S Cape is located in Frisco and provides access to South Beach - the most popular playground of beach goers where clear waters and rolling waves provide the perfect beach setting for many family memories.

Don’t have 4x4, no problem just a few minute drive from Cape S Cape is Frisco’s free ocean front parking lot with outside shower and bathroom facility in addition to handicap accessible ramp.  Also you will find free ocean front parking at the Frisco pier where you can enjoy the beach while the fisherman in the group tests their pier fishing skills.

For the windsurfing and kite boarding enthusiast a short drive north from Cape S Cape is the Canadian Hole considered by many to be the windsurfing and kite-surfing capital of the east coast or head south to the newest hot spot sound side just south of Frisco village.
